Mcdonald's - Pelee Island Canada

Firstly, me and my mom felt like a little treat and went to our local McDonald's. We ordered 2 happy meals with 2 hot chocolate because it's getting cold out. When we were getting out hot chocolates my mom grabbed one of them and the lid wasn't even on right so the thing spilt everywhere! The guy on the window only gave us 1 napkin to clean it up! We went home furious and my mom had to clean the whole thing up. When we were about to drink the hot chocolates they weren't even hot chocolates! It was just dam hot milk!!! This is the last time we are ever going to this McDonald's. I rate the entire restaurant terribly and I think that its a disgrace. I do not recommend anyone going here unless you want your drinks spilt and receiving what you didn't even ask for. This is an absolute disgrace!!!

Food is over priced and my order is always wrong some how. The employees are very rude and uninviting. The same lady works almost every morning in the drive thru and she is ALWAYS extremely sarcastic and rude.

Staff playing loud music in the kitchen, inattentive front casheer very slow food that was cold. Food was overpriced for what we got.

It's been a while since I've been to this McDonald's so I see that they renovated, but it's sucks that you can't get pop on your own. They've gotten rid of it and I just found out NO FREE REFILLS EITHER!!!

First off now I can't get my own refills on beverages, then I asked for an extra syrup for my daughter's pancakes as one is not very much and I had the cashier trying to tell me I had one already.... and I asked for a second so give it please. Then I felt the food was overpriced for the pancakes and the wraps as Tim hortons adds lots of stuff as McDonald's was soo thin and hardly anything I will not be going back there for breakfast again. I give them a 3 outta 10 stars for the service and quality of food.
