Bidrage med feedbackOn the way home from Leipzig a departure from the highway was recommended to eat. We arrived in Pegnitz at noon and were looking for a return. There's nothing wrong in downtown. Located on the edge of the road, we saw the Chinese restaurant among some shops. There are some parking spaces in front of the house, so let's see if we get a place. They also offer buffet but eating a la carte is not a problem. The entrance and the toilets are both flattering. Service We were greeted by a lady with an Asian flower pattern blouse friendly, she brought us to the table and asked if we have 2G proof. But she didn't want to see this, she just said. With two cards she came back and wondered if we would like to eat buffet or need the card. She handed us the cards with a nice one and asked our drinks. The drinks came quickly and she said – two alcohol-free sages, please beautiful. The soup came to the table very quickly again, please. When this was empty she brought two plates and asked if the soup tasted. The main dishes came after a pleasant waiting period and were gradually brought to the table with the hint, everything comes the same, cannot carry everything at once. At one court she also shared several times that it was very hot. A good appetite was desired and under eating she also asked if everything would fit. She also noticed the Spotzl needed some sharp sauce and then shared with him that it should have said if he likes sharp. ?? it's in the map as sharp inside and how do we know how to deal with it sharply? The empty plates also noticed them immediately and asked us if it tasted and to spotzl – eat very sharp. We then shared with that we would pay. She took a tray with two, say plum wine, and called us the amount to be paid. There was no bons, she thanked herself and wished a nice Sunday. When she left, she meant to look back to the next time and thanked herself again. 4.5 star food There's a leather cover card with transparent sleeves. At the entrance there are also flyers for taking guests to look out. Lunch menus are also available from Tuesday to Saturday. It is a very large card, but in part only the meat is exchanged at the dishes. Otherwise, the usual dishes like you know at the Chinese. We had dragon soup – different. Varieties of meat and vegetables sharp for 3,50 €, beef roasted according to Szechuan type with pepper sauce very sharp for 12,50 € and bird nest with Chow San Sin – chicken meat, duck meat, humprabbs and vegetables for 14,50 € To drink we had two alcohol-free wheat, according to map 3,40 €. We've never seen that before. She was very hot. The broth had a very nice spicy taste, but from sharp we couldn't taste anything. There were chicken pig and beef as meat. It was all very delicate and juicy cooked. The vegetables consisted of mushrooms, onions, peppers, soy saucers and finely cut bamboo sauces. All fresh and cooked to the point. She was still amazed with fresh chives. She tasted us very well, just a pity that went sharp. The beef dish came to the table smoking hot in a plate on a wooden board. However, the somewhat existing sauce was quickly fryed away by the heat. You should make more of it. The meat was no longer so juicy here, but you could eat it nicely. The finished roasted onions now didn't open up for us what to do with the Chinese. As vegetables there were corn babes, paprika, yellow ointments, onions, bamboo strips, porridge. It was all fresh and cooked to the point. sauce was no longer enough present, which was laid around the ingredients was nice puddy tasting. It was also available ground coarse pepper. Tastefully it was delicious but here again from the very sharp was a very discreet touch of sharpness present. The bird nest consisted of crispy fried Mi noodles. It's really nice to get them. The chicken and duck meat was very juicy and delicately cooked here. There was nothing to complain about, very nicely juicy. The vegetables consisted of broccoli, cauliflower, yellow fruits, bamboo sprouts, peppers, mushrooms, onions and pores. Here, too, it looked like it. The sauce here very nicely tasted and tasted. Too bad they disappeared through the basket into the ground and allied with the iceberg salad lying underneath. The rice came in a bowl with lid and was the usual glue that you get. It's a shame you didn't have much sauce for it. Tastefully, even from the cook only that with the sharp is not present here. 4 star ambience When you come in it is a long-drawn room that is divided in the middle. On the right and left of it there are two rows with a gang to take place. At the end of the gang there is a bit separated the buffet. It's not very big. There is no aquarium as known for many. There are illuminated fish on the ceiling. The walls decorate a few pictures and decorative elements. It is not as overloaded as you know from many Chinese locals. The chairs are covered with coughs. The tables are covered with flat-colored fabric tablecloths and white middle ceilings. On the tables there are plastic decks on which the cutlery is already lying and a red napkin is in the middle. The stands with the candle in the inner are already on the table. In addition, there is a vase with artificial flowers, a stand with beer lids, various risers with drinks Notes and a stand with Sambal Olek, soy sauce and salt and pepper shakers. It is now nothing special, but not so overloaded with Crimean Krams. For a simple Chinese restaurant we liked it, 4 stars cleanliness Everything was clean here. Also on the toilets. The usual dust traces were present. We couldn't see the bush fat. 4.5 stars
