Villas Del Mar - Pedernales

Probably the best place in the city. we visited cabo roja and searched for a beautiful place in front of the tourist path. the water and shower situation is about typical, it hardly gets the job. but overall the place is very well kept and the rooms and beds are comfortable. they also offer meals. the price is definitiw correct and it is easy to get from the road.

Quiet and beautiful place. Not so far from the border.

It was ok, the pool had leaves in it, and smelled strongly of smoke ,the bathroom didn't have a doorknob, no hot water and the toilet seat was broke. The AC worked great. The sideyard had long grass and trash.

Nice people. Beautiful yard/grounds. Nearly right on beach. Very quiet. Lacks maintenance (air conditioner very loud). Little rough in terms of customer service- we waited over an hour for one room to be cleaned, at least half an hour after check in time. Our party's two rooms were on different floors. For families with young kids, overall this is a good place because there is a lot of room for them to run outside. The pool was a draw for us but the water was cloudy--problems with the filtering?
