Yall have a store full of employees and decide not to take orders. It's Saturday yall should be prepared for last minute orders IT'S DURHAM FOR GOD SAKES, A BUSY CITY!!!! You should not shut down between the hours of 10:30 and 11 when the store says it closes at 11:30 on GOOGLE!! DO BETTER WING STOP!! PS Check out the photo tho SMH

It was a horrible experience. The person that was taking the order wasn’t paying attention to us as we were ordering, she was focused on the customers behind us talking to them….got our order wrong and charge me for something I didn’t ask for. The food was rushed and dry, I will not go there again.

Service is horrible, food takes forever to get out.. we were like the 2nd people to come in and we’ve been waiting for 20 mins. Now the lobby is full of people and we’re STILL waiting. This makes no sense what so ever. Also the ice is out and all the drinks are hot. We were going to dine in but since it’s taking so long we’re just doing carry out.

This place is dirty! We arrived at 11am and all of the tables had trash on them which means they were obviously not cleaned the night before. The doors and windows had so many hand prints on them, you could barely see out. There was no ice and the food took forever to come out. First and last time eating here.
