Bella Napoli Pizzeria Italian Grill

We found this establishment by chance and we're certainly glad we did. The pizza was some of the best I've ever had, and that's coming from a native New Yorker. My wife had the chicken parmesan sandwich which was equally as good. The service was prompt and friendly, while the ambiance was quiet and relaxed. I would reccomend this establishment to anyone looking for great Italian food.

Where to start…Quality of food?We ordered the Chicago-style pizza, horrible… just a bunch of cheese piled on, and the meat was sparse. If you have ever had a true Chicago-style pizza you don't want this.Order a Greek salad also….arrived without the dressing.When the pizza arrived all toppings had sled off. The owner blamed the Doordash driver….he said this happens all the time. Why not state on you site Chicago- style pizza pickup onlyWhen I called to complain about the order a very rude young lady answered, who did really care.The next day I called and spoke to the manager.He was agreeable at first about refunding my money. Later calling me back saying that Doordash would issue a refund….liar, I receive a 5 credit. When I contacted him for the remainder of the he began to say it was not my fault, but Doordash's problem.It is not Doordash’s problem that the food was tasteless and disgusting, it is not Doordash's fault that you are trying to pass off an extra cheese pizza as Chicago-style when it is not. It is not Doordash who failed to put the dressing in the bag, and it certainly is not Doordash who was rude and lacked care for the customer…. ALL OF THINGS ARE BELLA NAPOLI ISSUES. 55 wasted!!DO NOT EAT HERE AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

If you’ve ever eaten at Joe’s Pizza in Midtown Manhattan, you’ll know that this is the closest you’ll come in Durham to Joe’s. Delicious sauce, faithful application of toppings not too much, or too little uber crispy, thin crust. Full of NYC flavor. The Margarita pizza is like butta. An absolute must try for real pizza lovers!

A small group of us are out on the hunt for the best two slice NY style lunch special in Durham. We have been to several places and we all agree that this has to be one of the best restaurants in Durham! Lunch combo two huge NY style slices with drink under $10 and it was amazing and the customer service was superior, while waiting for our lunch combo our waiter brought out fresh Italian rolls. I highly recommend this establishment and we will definitely be coming back very soon!

OMG!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! The most absolutely trash trash trash food I have ever ever in my life..... I had a chicken sorrentino..... It was absolute garbage 1 took 1 bite only of everything on the plate.... Pasta past cooked, more water than sauce, sauce no seasoning or flavor in any of the food. Somebody teach them how to cook....I guess their pizzas are good cause I saw plenty of them going out. And my Mom had a spinach lasagna.... Pretty much the exact same opinion... No flavor no seasoning no quality at all.
