The service was friendly and outstanding. The atmosphere and food were fantastic. I especially loved the chocolate martini; it's definitely a must-try!

Ciao needs to improve its staffing. We waited 15 minutes just to place our drink order, another 15 minutes for our food order, and then 30 to 45 minutes for our meals to arrive. Additionally, the music in the bar area was too loud. The restaurant really needs to choose whether it wants to be a bar or an upscale dining establishment, as the two atmospheres don't blend well.

The cocktails were delicious, and dinner was excellent. The Chicken Dijon was both flavorful and tender. I absolutely loved the lemon cake for dessert!
