Wendy's - Pearland

Fast service and fairly consistent in taste and presentation every time I visit this place. I'll see more about the next visit menu and see if I can offer another star.

1. It 's 3pm and online app says this location is serving BREAKFAST (ofc, changes to store and don 't let u checkout if u order breakfast items). Lots of so what, we screwed up attitude from employees especially the short Hindu-or -Latin guy.Food: 4/5

Omg...this place can't be serious. Need new management or proper training. Repeated my order at least 3 times. the drive thru lady just doesn't have much common sense or just doesn't pay attention to answers from her own questions..and still got my order wrong to the point I just gave up correcting them. Don't get me started on the attitude they gave my 15yr old son just bc he asked for sauce for his nuggets..

The Worst ever, last order drive thru order) I ordered 1 large fries and I had a coupon "get free 6 nagget pieces with any purchase) so I told the guy I have a coupon and I handed him the coupon at the window and they charged me the full amount not only the fries !! I don 't understand why he took the coupon at first place if he will charge me and I think that he suppose to tell me if the coupon is not working or the order is not eligible for the coupon!!! This is unacceptable. It 's not the first time happens to me at Wendy 's and everytime I say it 's gonna be the last time me buying food from here and here we go , I learned my lesson.

Not sure what’s up with this place as this is the second time this has happened at this location. Went during normal hours the other day in the evening and no one answered at the drive thru.Sat there for a few minutes then drove by the window and could see the guy was inside talking to another coworker.
