Wendy's - Pearland

Negative Stars for Food, Service, and Atmosphere. Charged extra for bacon on my burger which prepared and happy to pay BUT... received NO bacon, RAW meat, and OLD COLD RAW MEAT on my burger with withered lettuce. Not to mention the old cold fries. Wasn't provided a receipt. All of this after waiting a very long time at the window for my food. DON'T GO THERE!!!

The fries were cold and the sandwich was wrong. Soda machine didn’t have anything that was sugar free or low sugar. They advertised a $2 frosty keychain and then tried to sell it to me for $3.

When asked if we wanted spicy or classic, we clearly said classic yet spicy was rung up and served. The food was cold. The drink machine said unavailable on every low/no sugar option. Despite the register ad to get a free Jr frosty if purchased a $2 key tag, the key tag rang up at $3 and even with the picture of the register ad, they insisted it was $3 and nothing was wrong. But hey, the floor was clean and a Christmas tree was up.

BEST FAST FOOD BURGER PLACE ON SHADOW CREEK PKWY!!! This place never fails to deliver a quality product, at a quality speed. I have been going to this Wendy's for quite some time because it is the only one in the area, and it has always been consistent. If something happens to be wrong with the order, they are quick to try to resolve the problem and with a good attitude as well. This is the ONLY consistent burger place on this street and in this area as well. I do not like to download apps on my phone but recently I decided to get this one for Wendy's which is also simple to use.

I ordered two cheeseburger kids' meals and asked for both burgers to be made plain only with meat and cheese. The person taking my order repeated so you only want meat and cheese. How did I get cheeseburgers with ketchup? I'm grateful my boys are understanding and accepted the mistake and tried to eat their burgers. However, my youngest did not finish his burger because he doesn't like ketchup. My boys told me to give a one-star rating because this wasn't the first time this has happened. So I did
