Panda Express - Pearland

Was sick and eats the order. It didn't taste great and didn't finish it. I have stomach problems, stomach pain, uncontrollable diarrhea, acid or iron tase in my mouth. Food: 1/5

Never. Broccoli/Beef to go. I got home and I discovered there was only one piece of beef. This happened before, but thought it was just a service mistake. But after the third time, I know they only use enough beef to taste the dish. My chicken stall was a little better, but not much. I can get better vegetarian meals elsewhere. Ready with Panda Express. Stop putting one on the public. Shame on you.

Every single week day they close 40 mins before the advertised 9:30pm. It is 8:35 and I called to check if the workers decided to keep serving and it’s almost an hour early but there is no answer. I called, because I have arrived at 8:45 at this location and seen people standing in the drive-thru area talking to each other, but not acknowledging any orders of mine or the car behind me. They saw the cars and just stayed on their phones. If they close at 9, which they don’t, they should still be serving until at least 9. It is a constant disappointment unfortunately at this location.

I love panda Express, food is so good. I always get the orange chicken and rice. Only thing I dont like is the paper straws, they melt in your mouth. Horrible feeling also on your lips.Food: 5/5

I was told the wait would be 7 mins it was over twenty!!! And that was with me calling twice?and being told it was coming right out(which were lies)…... To add insult to injury my order was wrong and Joseph(the general mgr which I find hard to believe) told me they’d replace only the one item even though two items were wrong… I was late picking my kids up from their practice due to this wait and inconvenience!once my 8 yo daughter got home she realized her meal was incomplete the drink and the apple crisp were never given! I explained to Joseph I came here for this to be a dinner solution not to have to come home and make something for me and put together an incomplete meal since this is one of our late nights. There is no customer etiquette they need to take several pages from Chick-fil-A and other fast food establishments that have top tier service and etiquette! I’ll travel out of my way before patronizing this location again! Lastly, don’t go within an hour of them closing they are out of almost all entrees!!!
