Jersey Mike's Subs - Pearland

I tried to give this place a chance because I had a great experience with the Fairmont site where a really nice guy named juan made me a perfect chicken sandwich with mushrooms, it was delicious and he made it exactly as I wanted. I have tried this situation on pearland pkwy because it is closer to my house and we just say the customer service here is a complete 360 out of the happy smile face of mr. juan. the young man I suspect is the manager in this business was rude and when I asked about the menu, he simply said: "That doesn't come" instead of recommending something or even offering only to extract the unwanted items. he has no customer service skills and should not really smile at the food service or as much as he frustrated to be at work. So I said I would give them the advantage of the doubt and say that they only have a bad day and they try again yesterday, but definitely not be back. they had 5 people working, and I and my daughter were the only customers there and the place was disgusting the soaking station was sticky and dirty and I had to ask for another cup because there was a hair in my cup. I will not return to this place. I'll take the ride and hopefully I'll put it back to the other.

I ordered my oma a tub of thunfisch with avocado (which costs extra) and a veggie package. she spent more than $26 dollars for this, the delivery and a tipp. hardly a thunfish and no avocado at all! manager can do nothing even though we paid over jm app. I've never had a problem with jersey bakes until today, but now it's a problem. my gma dies of cancer and cannot drive. they will not take anything from her and cannot refund because the door is delivered. overpriced waste of time. never again!

Food is always good at this location. Thanks Andres and Kevin at Jersey Mike’s on Pearland Parkway, for excellent customer service. When DoorDash messed up the order, they fixed the situation, and we are very grateful, Will continue to use the app.

Ordered online and it took over 20 mins than the promised time.Went inside the restaurant and some guy told me to wait..Never told me my order was ready, I had to find out myself after the long wait...Courtesy, Call your customer's name out when the order is ready!!Stay alert!
