Hooters - Pearland

Literally only terrible, not really sure what to say about this place. We have tried to eat, pick up and door dashing, the service is terrible at every level. At dinner in the waiting staff not really to you. When ordering via the phone you spend more time talking to robots than actually ordering your food if you miss the door, many of the options. We failed this week and only had to call to tell them what sauce to put on the chicken because somehow the option is not available on DoorDash. The manager assured us that the sauce was noticed and added. Of course, when the food arrived, no sauce, we called the shop again three times, no answer. We then tried 2 days later to discuss the matter, no answer. We called 7 times. No one has a job responsibility there.

Pearland 288 Location: Wife and I went in and noticed that there were not many people, so we waited for space. After a few minutes even the customers stared likely to ask where the staff was. Another minute went by and the lady at the bar said, "You can sit yourself." We sat and waited when 7 minutes passed. The bartender looked at us and another waitress came out and saw us, but no one decided to wait for us. Instead, the bartender started playing with her phone, and the other waitress had left behind. After another 10 minutes, my wife and I rose and went. If this is the way they run things with about 10 people in the restaurant (most sitting at the bar), I hate to see what happens when an event is in action. Anyway, we decided to go to Pizza Brew where the service and the wings were worth a 20% tip.

They say Hooters makes you happy. We're going one step further. Scarlett, in Pearland, Texas, makes you happy. That's likely why she's a 2023 Hooters calendar girl. Buy one and turn to October to see yourself.

The bartender Corinne (hopefully I got it right) was great. The food was great. Pretty reasonable prices. Many TVs are for sports. The toilets were eh. But I'm back. Beautiful atmosphere overall for an astros game and it was not too busy or crowded the evening I went.

10/10 recommend. Great atmosphere, hot food even hotter girls! Management team is just as great ?
