Chili's Grill - Pearland

I sat pretty fast, got a stand table was sticky as if he had syrup on it. We were never given food utensils ordered a steak special and when I asked for cutlery, I got plastic dishes. The Broccoli that came with the steak was hard and cold as they tried, microwave and serve it quickly. I haven't been with Chili for years and I'm never going to another.

I love chili. Great drinks and apps. I love the baked potato soup. This particular place started ok. Not packed and our server was attentive. Then the fight began between a former employee and current employee. The police were called, but the former employee had already left. The bad current employee was also pregnant. But perhaps fortunately, the struggle was spilled outside and not inside. We were constantly checked to make sure we were all right after the Ordeal. We got our food and enjoyed our time together. It doesn't scare me back.

If I could give a 0 star, I would! there was hair on the window at our table? the lady who sat us sat at a stand for four when we were a party of seven. not to mention the table was dirty, it had not been wiped. They've made almost all our orders wrong. never come back! My brothers Huhn had blood and all the food was cold. we had asked to talk to a manager, and the server said they would come out and the manager never came, we waited for the manager for at least 10 minutes.

Bad service! To begin, they put us right next to the kitchen, the last stand next to the kitchen, all the time we heard the kitchen laugh and scream clearly playing (and it would not have been a problem, but it makes us think that the food lasted long because of it). We had to get up and get our own cutlery because it was missing forks, we have Slider as appetizers that were fat. Then we had to wait 45 min or more for our food (only two plates) and when we finally got our food, it wasn't done as asked, our middle steak was well done, the Fajitas were chewing, the rice was raw and hard. We were so disappointed with this service. We didn't even finish our food, we just wanted to get out, never go back.

We visited the Pearland Chili's on our way home from the airport. The food was mostly good. Fries tasted old, but we just didn't eat them. The service was lacking, too put it nicely. The restaurant was nearly empty so we were confused as to why there was nobody to seat us when we entered. Then, once seated it took at least 5 minutes before the bartender told us, from behind the bar, that he would be with us in a minute. Another couple of minutes go by and he comes to take our whole order. 5-10 minutes later we finally get our 3 teas. When we finally got our appetizers it was only 3 or 4 minutes before all of our other food came out. The bartender was back behind the bar so 3 other girls brought the food out. I'm not sure where they have been, but they weren't waiting tables or seating people before õ after this appearance. We got no other service until the meal was over. Very poorly timed service. VERY poor service, in general. I will never return to this location.
