Central Texas Style Bbq - Pearland

Central Texas is one of the best BBQ spots in Pearland. I haven't had anything I didn't like but I've always liked their sliced brisket (moist) and sausage... and I usually get them by the half or full pound. I like to visit this place as often as I can in Pearland.

Went for a week day lunch. Wasn't busy but the parking lot was hard to navigate. Wasn't a fan of much of the food. The sliced brisket sandwich was dry and flavorless. The banana pudding had stale vanilla wafers. The potato salad had green olives, which I detest. Surprisingly, I loved the broccoli and cheese rice. I liked the decor with loads of vintage items and family photos.

Long time customer, still miss the previous owner as the place was phenomenal at the time. Still decent for the price and they're on top to fix things right after rush mess-ups.

Food was terrible nasty BBQ don't waste your money no flavor ordered the chopped brisket bake potatoe couldn't believe it tasted that bad kinda forced it down didn't want to waste my money never coming back

The very familiar place with a lot of old decoration everywhere and many family photos, the typical Texan town restaurant, country music at low volume for a good atmosphere. The brisket was super soft and well cooked but the truth is that it lacked the smoky flavor that I expected. The pull pork was also super soft but lacked flavor, and the portions were reasonable and at a good price. The attention is super good and the place is very clean and they also speak Spanish
