Dunkin' - Pearl City

The second visit to this store. Good coffee and donuts. This place is one of the few in the field that takes orders through the Dunkin’ app. I wonder why so many aren't. Well, the ordering process was seamless and I just had to wait a few minutes to get my finished order. Pumpkin donuts are amazing. Two reviews: 1. Store was from Pumpkin Minis (Bummer) but this is not really a review, I accept. 2. Please have employees regularly clean the surfaces in the ordering area. These surfaces looked pretty... used today. With all the hype to be clean, it is important to keep that at a high level. Otherwise, great place!

The last 2 times I'm here, I couldn't get something I wanted (coffee machine didn't work, oven didn't work). However, the workers always have a great attitude and are very friendly. Coffee machine and oven were working well today

Like the drive thru still ordered what I wanted to offer a variety of possibilities, not knowing what everyone likes. So with an employee who lets me know, I should have to ask about their menu options, gave me an opportunity to choose what I needed everywhere what the variety pack Donut-Loch-Munchkins was!
