Logan's Roadhouse - Pearl

Very disappointed. I ordered cheesecake and I've never had cheesecake without any strawberries and whip cream. My cheesecake was placed in a to go container upside down inside my bag. No utincels inside my bag. I ordered half dozen of the bread and they was hard as hell. Wasted $45. Never again.

This was mine and my family's first time going in years. Overall, we were not very impressed. The service was very mediocre at best. The food was okay, but as the saying goes, it was nothing to write home about. The steak was definitely not a good cut and seemed more like it was cut off of a roast. It was supposed to be a bone in ribeye. There was very little bone compared to one's from more reputable steak houses.

Logan's in bot my go to steakhouse, but I wanted to give it a try. The steak was seasoned well and cooked just right. I had a glass of bourbon for dessert, topping off a really good meal. Service was spot on, too. I wish I had the bartenders name, but I didn't think to get it.

Worst place ever! We came in with a party of 14.....but another party was in front of us that had around 14 too (they got seated right away). Other party was waiting on others, while our whole party was waiting......as I overheard one of the host saying to the waiter that that she dont care about us, she is taking care of her people first! We waiter about 40 minutes and never got seated, but another group of 5 came in and got sat right away! That 's when we ask the host, What is going on? She replies that there isn 't a waiter that can assist us.....then she went to the back and came to tell us another 10 to 15 minutes....let me remind you, it was about closing time! The place was empty but never got seated so we left......Ruby Tuesday on the other hand....great place to eat and got a big tip! Will never come back to this establishment and lazy people!

I want to Logan's I had to stand there for a while to be seated . Once I was seated the waitress serves me very quickly. I place my order I got the country fried steak . It was hot and fresh. One of my sides I ordered which is the mac and cheese was horrible but I got it replaced with the steam broccoli and it was very good . Other than having to wait to be seated and a bad back and cheese my experience at Logan's was okay
