Dunkin' - Peachtree Corners

I came to Gyro City Grill a few weeks ago and the food was AMAZING, Highly recommend the Gyro with fries. The waiting time wasn?t that long. And for dessert the chocolate cake!! That chocolate cake was one of the best chocolate cakes I?ve ever had and it was SO BIG!! 3 persons could eat from one piece!????????????

This location deserves no stars. I just visited there at 7:30am this morning and will never return. I went via the drive thru. When it was my turn, it waited for about 4 minutes before giving my order and then I was told to HOLD, which I did for another 4 minutes. Then the car behind of me, started blowing the horn, as if I was the problem. When the attendant returned and with no apology, I proceeded to complete my order. I got to the window and informed the same attendant nicely that the wait was too long and the car behind of me was honking their horn. He replied, if you cannot wait and think you can do better, then come inside and apply. OMG!!! Such customer service so early in the morning, especially when I was not even rude or disrespectful. He repeated himself twice and showed no remorse and I informed him that he was RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. The strangest thing, there were only 2 cars in the drive-thru and only 3 customers inside the store. They were not busy! So I don 't even know why all the holds. Quite disappointed, as I visited that location years ago and had great customer service. NOW, you don 't even deserve one star and I will NEVER return. As a matter of fact, you should be FIRED. Karma is a you know what and you will tell that to the wrong customer.

Really disappointed with my experience. I went to this location as it was the closest donut place to a friends house and we wanted some munchkins for breakfast. The drive through person was kind of short with me, but I still tried to have a positive attitude towards them as I know they?re probably tired. So I got my munchkins and my coffee and left. When I got back to my friends house ALL of the munchkins were stale! They were so hard we could barley bite into them which was really disappointing and a waste of money. The drive back from the Dunkin? Donuts was only 3 minutes so I don?t think it would be possible to get that stale in that amount of time. I would give 1 star but the coffee was actually good so that?s why I gave them 2. My suggestion though would be go to a different location.

I LITERALLY just called to see if they?re smoothie machines were working today (I work across the street and 5 months pregnant so before wasting time going I called first) the person who answered the phone hung up the phone as soon as she said NO ?. How the heck did you not know I had another question?! Extremely rude my goodness!

Worst experience I?ve ever had at a fast food place. I ordered a large iced coffee and when I pulled up to the window I reinstated this. They had already made a medium so when I mentioned this the cashier grabbed a large cup added ice and poured the drink in. When he handed it to me there was so much ice I couldn?t even put my straw in the cup. When I asked for a refund the cashier said he could just crush the ice for me. I left very disappointed.
