Panera Bread - Peachtree City

The food was incredible, and the service was very friendly. The temperature of the room was just right.

Today, I visited the restaurant right when it opened to take advantage of the Tuesday half-off deal on bagels. The manager, Pierre, attended to me and was incredibly professional and friendly. He informed me that their bagel cutter was malfunctioning and not slicing properly, so he took the time to cut 26 bagels for me by hand, all while smiling. He truly stands out, especially considering how customer service is often lacking elsewhere. I will definitely return and spread the word about my experience. I hope corporate recognizes him in a meaningful way. Fantastic service!

I visited this restaurant to catch up on some work and was looking for a change of scenery. Mollie, my server, was incredibly attentive. As soon as I was seated, she checked in to see if I needed anything, and shortly after, she returned to ensure I was enjoying my dining experience. The entire staff is friendly and creates a welcoming atmosphere. They remember your name, making you feel like part of the family. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone!

I come here often on my lunch break and they are always super nice and the food never disappoints. <3
