Mellow Mushroom - Peachtree City

Food was cold. Service was slow. Waitress either had a severe case of RBF or was in a truly foul mood. I’ve been to other locations with good food and service so I’m not sure why this one is so terrible. I also left my phone on the table on accident. I went back about an hour later to try to find it and the seating hostess kept lying about what happened when it was found. My husband had to threaten the manager to call the police to report the imei number as stolen since the phone was turned off even though it was charged 50% when I left it. Manager reviewed the tapes and saw seating hostess crumple the note on it, toss note in the trash and then hide the phone under the front desk. He searched the desk and found it in the back. Seating hostess says it was off because it fell in a mop bucket and got wet. Phone was not wet when found and turned on just fine.

We were here many times and our meals were great every time! The terrace is very nice. The service was excellent every time. Pizzas are delicious and salads are fresh!

You were great as always. We were greeted when we went in the door, our drinks and food were served very timely. Not only was our server up to make sure we were happy, but also were asked if everything was great by the manager. I got the veggie pizza and left it under the mozzarella with the vegan cheese. And let them add some extra vegetables. I was glad they were using paper straw instead of plastic straw. My husband discovered the paper straws.

Sitting says it was out because it fell in a mop bucket and got wet. Telephone wasn't wet when found and just switched on well.

Always consistently good pizza! You have vegan cheese that is really delicious! My support is consistent as your service!
