Bidrage med feedbackWhen I inquired about it, the staff mentioned they had recently switched to a new Clover payment system and were unsure how to print my receipt. They also didn’t return my card while trying to resolve the issue. When my server finally returned my card, she explained that it had been charged twice because someone else, whom she had given my card to, didn't realize she had already processed it and voided one transaction. She added, “I’m glad it was a credit card and not a debit card, as that would have been worse.” However, I could clearly see that I was charged three times, so I approached another staff member, who I presumed was a manager. She confirmed that I was in fact charged three times and that two transactions had been voided, yet there was no sincere apology offered. This experience has left me very disappointed and frustrated, as the level of professionalism was lacking.
It's time to think about enhancing the menu by incorporating new options.
We visited for dinner and live music, and it was such a delightful experience!
Always love the wine tasting night. The food selections are top notch. All the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
