Due South Seafood Kitchen

Our dear friends recommended we meet at Due South for fine dining a relaxed atmosphere so we could catch up with each other. Our server, Chris, was a master at knowing when to pop over when we needed something, as well as answering our many questions. Heck, he even played along with my husband's banter.The She Crab Soup was sublime oh so velvety good! Our salads were fresh and generously sized. The entrees were beautifully presented and also generously portioned. My husband I both ordered the Panko Crusted Trout served over garlic mashed potatoes with steamed green beans. YUMMY!! Our friends both ordered the Potato covered Salmon served over creamed spinach and steamed asparagus. Neither one of them could finish their meals and ended up taking a box home.Chris, the most amazing server, had over heard that we had a birthday at our table. He told the Executive Chef who offered us complimentary desserts!! We were so full, we told him we couldn't possibly eat another bite. He insisted on packaging them up for us to take home with us. Incredible, eight?!I would highly recommend this resturant and look forward to returning soon. Check it out!

Our server kept the Shirley Temples coming and each one was filled with extra cherries!  They gave us some muffins to snack on at first.  My parents liked these.  My parents also liked the deviled eggs with bacon appetizer they ordered.  I'm not really into deviled eggs, but I did like my pasta.  My mom tried to get me to eat a bite of her lobster roll, but I wasn't going to make that mistake again!  She said that this was one of the best lobster rolls she has had since she has left the New England area.  My brother had a cheeseburger, but as usual, his plate got loaded up with fries.  I don't know why restaurants always do that.  My dad liked what he had: something with asparagus, probably some fish.  I'll update when I find out. -The Blackwell Boys

Very nice meal. Duck spring rolls, calamari, and pork spring rolls to start. I had the pecan encrusted chicken salad as a main course. Very good meal, looking forward to coming back.

Due South is very consistent. Good to very good food with good service. Been there many times. My guests have ordered ribs and fried chicken over the year and both are mediocre. Specials are always great

Excellent food and service. I took a friend there for his birthday and he loved it. We had the potato wrapped smoked salmon and it was to die for. Kudos to the chef.
