Subway - Payson

This Subway restaurant is located inside Walmart, making it very convenient for shopping. What really made my experience exceptional, though, was the worker named Robbie. She was incredibly kind and personable. Interactions with people like her are what make me always choose this establishment, especially being a franchise. Thank you for being yourself, Robbie!

I always receive prompt and friendly service with a genuine smile. The sandwiches are always perfect and the bread is delicious. This is my go-to location whenever I am craving a Subway sandwich.

Every time we stop here they are out of something most times more than 1 thing ?. Today out of roast beef and they only have white bread! It’s the weekend people figure it out, plan for the lunch rush! Off to Jimmy Johns I guess! ?

Worst service experience! Ordered for a pick up, sandwich not ready even after 30 minutes. Had to stand in a dine-in queue for more 30 minutes to collect a pick up order! Imagine! Totally unorganized and irresponsible!

The manager was the only person taking and fulfilling orders. No one else wanted a job or work on Sunday. It took 55 minutes to get my order. There were about ten people behind me. The food was the same as I have had from Subway before but with new names and confusing descriptions. The music was annoying and the temperature varied as you moved up the line.
