Carissa makes amazing product. I LOVED her Cake and her homemade Oreo Sammies. I drove over an hour to visit her truck and it did not disappoint. She also makes the most beautiful painted cakes and sugar flowers. And she’s one of the most genuinely caring and hard working individuals I know. I would support her business any day. She’s one of my favorite ways to shop small.

My fiancé and I were trying to find someone to make our wedding cake and she stumbled upon Carisacakecompany. After setting up a taste test, we looked no further, this was our gal. However, I didn’t know the Pandora’s box we just opened haha. My fiancé is now obsessed with this cake and more so, the cake truck. This is the best cake I’ve ever had and Carisa is so easy to work with. We’ve had cake made for our wedding, a birthday and have gone 3 times to the cake truck. These goodies make for the best gifts because EVERYONE loves anything that is made. Discovering this cake has been the best part of 2020!

After trying Carisa's Mrs. Jenkins' Dessert, I'm completely hooked. I have become a frequent customer (groupie) of her darling cake truck. I think her cookies and cakes are the best I've ever had. My favorites are the Coconut Caramel Sammie and her Red Velvet Oreo Cake. My daughter thinks the Mapledoodle Sammie is as close to heaven as you can get, while still on earth.

Carisa’s treats are so delicious, everything she makes is simply amazing! You can tell all of the hard work and love that she puts into everything that she makes. If you ever get the chance to go to her food truck, do it!! You won’t regret it! Soo yummy!
