Unless you go in and babysit them while they make your order, don’t plan on it being correct. This location can not get an online order or even drive thru order right, ever. Just get Costa Vida. You’ll be much happier.

I recently came to this location for dinner, I was hungry, and waited 5+minutes for any kind of service! I had 3+ employees make eye contact with me and then turn away and go back to whatever it was they were doing! Very poor customer service! Seems like they'd rather you use the drive thru and not have to serve you in person! I walked out and went to Costa Vida! Much better service and atmosphere!

I am honestly really sad to be making this review. The steak quesadilla with the side salad and a side of house dressing is definitely on my top 3 favorite meals from anywhere! However, the last 4 times I have ordered from this location I have been completely dissatisfied and disappointed with not only the food, but the service as well. Tonight was the last time I'll be ordering from this location... steak was burned and crunchy, cheese wasn't even melted, side salad was missing Pico and Guacamole and every single sauce that was requested and paid for was forgotten. For a $20 entree, completely not worth it. Really really sad. Will be ordering from Costa Vida exclusively from here on out.

I am a Cafe Rio fan but this location is AWFUL. It took forever to get our food, all the employees have a “don’t care” attitude and the quesadillas were burnt. Would never stop here again.

Seems like the employees here hate their job. They’re never happy, service is mid. Food is always terrible compared to other locations. Ordered 2 salads and the tortillas were covered in water from the lettuce. Thanks for washing the lettuce. But it was gross for the whole bottom of the salad to be covered in water… both salads that were ordered, were this way and we’re not able to eat since the whole food was SOAKED in water..And conveniently for them they’re always out of stuff after 6pm but it’s weird cause every other location in utah county seems to be stocked up!! Hmm seems like they just don’t want to do more work. Payson cafe Rio sucks I’ll stick to Costa vida.
