If cooking is an art (I believe it is), then in this gastronomic brasserie, the chef is an artist. So much the visual, a thoughtful and aesthetic dressing, a vegetable accompaniment with rare varieties, a meat cooked as desired, with an elegantly arranged sauce, in short I will come back for the full menu.
