Subway - Pawtucket

I don 't usually post reviews of any sort. However, I will make an exception. As soon as I walked into Subway (745 Mineral Ave. Pawtucket, RI) the experience was amazing. Everyone greeted me. They asked me 'how was my day and how was I feeling ' (a lot of establishments have lost that common courtesy for their customers). It was nice. Then I meet John. He is an awesome and an amazing person. He kept me laughing throughout my time being there. He truly has uplifted my spirits. Not to mention he did an amazing job on making my meatball sub. I hope that whomever comes in after me receives the same or better experience than I had. Thank you!

Love this Subway. The employees are so sweet and go out of there way to make sure we are happy with their service and what we ordered. The manager is also very nice and keeps the store clean and decorates for the holiday’s. It’s very welcoming and always as good experience

I recently visited a fantastic local Subway and tried one of the best meatball sandwiches I've ever had. The sandwich maker was extremely friendly and did a great job making sure my sandwich was perfect. The restaurant was clean and felt very safe. I will definitely be returning soon.

I have been a loyal customer of this Subway location for many years. I work nearby and find it convenient to grab a quick meal here. As a teacher at a local driving school, both my students and I frequent this establishment. The owner is very kind and offers us a 20% discount as a thank you for our continued patronage. The restaurant is always spotlessly clean, well-run, and the staff is friendly. We visit at various times of day and never have a bad experience. I would give this place 1000 stars if I could. They also have a loyalty card where after purchasing a certain number of sandwiches, you get one free. I'm not sure of the exact quantity needed. They offer daily specials to make up for pricier items on the menu and provide discounts to seniors, military personnel, first responders, and other local businesses. I highly recommend trying their Crispy chicken wrap – it was absolutely amazing!

This is my favorite Subway location. It is clean, friendly, and the service is fast. It tends to get busy after 9pm, when I usually visit, and I often forget that they close at 11pm. Recently, I placed an online order at 9pm and there were about 8 customers and delivery drivers in the store. Despite the wait of about 3 minutes, it was worth it. The owner mentioned that they now have 3 employees working at night to handle the increase in delivery and online orders through the app. Even with the busyness, the sandwiches are made perfectly and not just thrown together. I have seen comments about employees not wearing masks, but I personally feel safe and welcome at this location. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer. Thumbs up and they have my support.
