Starbucks - PAWLEYS ISLAND

I went to this place and ordered two icy white chocolate mocha with caramel and whipped cream. not only did they give it to me hot, but they add the spiced cream to the hot coffee. When I told the employee that it was probably ice cold, she gave me a strange look, then hidden in the corner. After a while she appeared and told me to have a good day. the disregard she showed me about my order was a little frustrating. she didn't even check my order to see if it was right.

Almost 15 minutes to get a simple cup of coffee in a non crowded store. Starbucks has the most ridiculous ordering and delivery of product system ever. It's the same every time. Never again...

This location was extremely frustrating. We used the mobile order and upon arrival we found that the inside cafe was closed. The sign stated the cafe was closed until 8:30am and to use mobile order or drive thru. It was 8:38 at our time of arrival and the door was still locked. Staff did not come to unlock the door nor did they acknowledge our arrival, though they could clearly see us. Multiple people attempted to pick up their orders as well to no avail. Though we were in a time crunch, we went through the drive thru to get our order. It was a long line and took quite a while.I’m still giving two stars because I still love the bux, just not this experience. And just have to say that the googley eyes on the drive thru menu were a cute/fun touch!

Friendly staff quick service, nice clean environment. And staff all wearing masks.

Anna was AMAZING and so was her coworker, he hyped me up for my big move to austin and they both made my day so so much better and i can’t thank them enough!! i will be back for a grilled cheese bc it was bussin bussin ? don’t get stabbed with scissors employed queens? thank you!!
