T-bone's Original Pigstand - Pawhuska

The barbeque sauce on sandwich had relish in it. I hate relish. Never seen relish put in a good barbeque sauce. Its flavor is overpowering and would take away from a good sauce. Maybe they have sauce without it but I didn't know to ask. Meat was ok.

Go to the Pioneer Woman, which is good, but after that, go to the Pig Stand, where you will not have to wait, but you will enjoy a delicious pig sandwich with fresh cut fries. This is a classic BBQ stand that’s worth stopping for.

I found the staff to be quite unfriendly towards customers who are not regulars. The portion sizes didn’t seem to match the prices we paid. During my brief time there, I also overheard the N-word being used several times, which was troubling. Based on my experiences there over the past two visits, I’m afraid I won't be returning.

We were hoping to support a local BBQ spot, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The food was anything but fresh and lacked flavor. I would say it ranks among the worst BBQ we've ever tried.
