Bidrage med feedbackGive me a $11 pizza without toppings or cheese. I came home and called and nobody answered the phone. I called customer service and nobody did it right. I essentially paid $11 for a bread. EDIT REVIEW- The manager at the Paw Paw site made my situation right. She had understanding.
Hands down the worst little Caesars I have ever been too. The staff barely acknowledged you Existence, there was no 9ne at front counter.. I watched a dozen people come in and walk out, due to no employees acknowledging customers.. The manager was non existent. The orders that were being handed out, and checked by customers were wrong orders.. Simply, where little Caesars in a whole is a great pizza at a great price, This store seriously lacks management.
We ordered in person, bread sticks weren't cooked enough. Being we also wanted a thin crust pizza they then charged more. Our pizza was done a good 10 mins before the sticks. When it was mentioned they THEN thought to put it in a warmer? Tried to call their phone, after 14 calls and it kept saying the line was busy. There's many puzza places to go to. This one failed, won't return.
So hit or miss. I order ahead to try and ensure I get fresh pizza and what happens? It?s over cooked along with the breadsticks ?????
Other than Indianapolis a very long time ago this was the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. The store itself was okay, but the food was not great. We ordered the five meat feast and crazy bread, and when we got to the hotel , we realized that every piece of meat but the pepperoni was in the center of the pizza. The sausage was in this great big huge chunks and completely in the center of the pizza. It made the pizza terrible because you got one bite of too much sausage and then nothing for the rest of the pizza. The bacon was barely there and all in the center also and I'm not even sure what else it was supposed to have on it. The crazy bread tasted good but was cut very weirdly kind of like my three year old granddaughter had cut it. It seemed like there was no Pride in making good food.
