In Piedmont and Lombardy the Ligurian focaccerie are quite common, but probably not all advisable, or at least not comparable to those of Liguria. This located in a somewhat secluded corner of Pavia, in the area of San Pietro in Ciel d'Oro, seems to be distinguished by good quality both of the focaccia and of the flour (but there are also other typical products). Courteous and professional welcome, but other Ligurian characteristic without painstakingness and without too much concessions to any lack of respect by customers: notable the prohibition of entry to animals (now a rarity in Italy, especially northern) and the sign with which it is advised that you do not need those who make his requests talking to the mobile phone. Hopefully, it doesn't just stay on the cartel card.
Best focacceria-gastronomia of Pavia and province, focacce, pizzas and salty cakes of an indescribable goodness, the gastronomy is great, not to mention the pesto, the wonderful staff... go there you will not regret
In the area near the church of San Pietro in Ciel D'oro, a local, Specialized in the mouth and products of the Ligurian tradition, kindness, family-run sympathy, deserves the stop......
A small shop with two tables inside, close to the church of San Pietro in Ciel d'Oro with family management, flour, focacce and salt cakes are the strong piece without forgetting the typical dishes of the Genoese tradition. If you pass from Pavia it's a shame not to jump on us.
