Starbucks - Patterson

I placed my order through the mobile app for a vanilla cold brew with extra cream. However, what I actually received was just a plain cold brew without the sweet cream. The most frustrating part is that there was no line at the time; I would have understood if they were busy, but that didn’t seem to be the case.

The staff is fantastic and incredibly friendly. The service is lightning fast. I highly recommend trying their paradise drink!

I stopped by for a coffee on Thanksgiving morning, and although the store was quite busy, the gentleman taking orders was cheerful and polite, which made the experience really enjoyable. He is definitely the biggest asset of that location.

I tried to be considerate but this was the last straw for me. I wait in line for about 10 min when there are 2 people in front of me. there are dozens of people waiting for their drinks because the workers are more focused on the drive thru orders. I order and wait another 15-20 min for 1 grande sized drink and as soon as i leave I take a sip and my order is wrong. I specifically asked for creme based because I don’t like coffee but now my day is ruined.

Probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Garbages are overflowing, no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, and no milk for your coffe. When I asked for milk, the guy pulled out a 1 gallon jug and then poured it all over my hand when I put my drink on the counter. What a mess.
