If I could give this location negative stars I would. My family and I stopped here for a quick bite after visiting the Fantozzi Farms haunted drive-thru. When we pulled up to order the lady instantly told us they had a limited selection because they threw away all the chicken . My husband told her that 's great because we were wanting to order burgers and she said you can 't order burgers because we just cleaned the grill . It was 2 1/2 hrs prior to them closing and they threw the food away and cleaned the grill already?! Every time we come to this location there has been an issue. According to other people 's reviews it appears we are not the only ones experiencing the horrible service here. Based on what appears to be an auto-response from the A&W owner stating We 're very sorry about this experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and will make sure this is addressed with the team here. Thank you! explains the lack luster attitude towards their job. A&W should really screen their franchise owners to ensure they keep up with industry standards and won 't soil their brand. I hope the owner of this franchise will do what is right and take their ownership seriously. Actually address these issues with their staff and make major changes at this establishment because they are ruining the A&W brand by their carelessness and lack luster responses. We will never come to this location again until it is under new ownership.

The health department should definitely pay this place a visit. The lettuce was brown, the bun fries were served cold, and all the tables were dirty, yet no one seemed to be taking care of the situation. Instead, the staff was busy chatting behind the counter.

Don't trust the posted hours. We arrived just before 10 PM, but they claimed to be closed, despite having at least four staff members inside. When I pointed out that their hours indicated they should be open later, one of the employees laughed and said, "I don't think so," before shutting the door on us!

I parked at the truck stop about a mile away and walked to this restaurant with a coworker. The interior decor felt very outdated and worn. While most areas seemed clean, the tables could have used a good wipe down. My KFC meal was just average and felt overpriced given the overall ambiance. The place wasn’t busy, yet there seemed to be an excessive number of staff on duty for such a slow day. It was peculiar to see employees standing around chatting and watching us eat, which made me feel uneasy about how they handled our food.

Ordered a bucket of chicken for pick up. They said it would be done in 15 minutes. Got there in 12 to find out they they sold our bucket of chicken to someone else, cuz they thought we weren 't coming . People were rude. Would not recommend stoping here
