Samarat - Hotel Chanakya - Patna

I finally visited this place on my birthday. I have to say the quality of the food was good and I especially liked the starter we ordered i.e. H. Mushroom Achari Tikka. Even the soup and main course we ordered were really good. By comparison with other shops in Patna, this restaurant has certain standards, a good ambience, good music and pleasant staff. But since it is one of the most famous hotels in Patna, the capital of Bihar, there are certain expectations that it cannot meet, like decor, lightning ... etc.

Samrat is a total family place. If you want to eat Indian food this is a good choice. I personally love their butter chicken and bhuna gosht. North Indian is definitely good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The ambience is average and the service is good.
