Dunkin' - Paterson

No wifi. No bathroom. Coffee terrible. Have all your own amenities if You need to study cause u will be disappointed. Staff judgmental. I don't even review this way. I try not to give anything one star

This location definitely needs more staff! Situated next to the city’s municipal building and courthouse, and across from the county college, it’s in a very busy area, yet the service is extremely slow. Not only is it slow, but nearly every order I received was incorrect! I visited on a Friday morning and there were only two employees working. If you’re planning to stop by this Dunkin’, don’t expect quick service! Also, it’s time to update the location's photos—it’s been over five years since the store moved across the street!

I have used the exclusive member app to get a free muffin with a purchase of a drink and they said I have to order via the phone...you have a scan bar code also in the load to use. they need to train the employed well.

Just ordered off of Uber eats , and everything was perfect . My coffee was perfectly made how I asked , as well as my bagel received the correct donut (huge plus! . Also the packaging was 10/10 . Safely sealed and all .
