Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Patchogue

The restaurant is terrible at answering the phone and always seems to be short-staffed. I'm not sure if it's their fault, but the long wait times and being put on hold don't make for a great experience.

I don't mind waiting for my food, but the issue is when I have to wait 17 minutes for just 2 smoothies...

This restaurant is one of the slowest and most understaffed establishments I have ever visited. In recent years, the service has deteriorated from slow to downright comical...

So disappointed. I ordered my smoothie on the app so that he finished at 18:15 o'clock when I got the smoothies that they were watery like juice, as if they were sitting on the counter more than an hour. we also ordered queensadilla and we got the santa fe with just beeping and guessing what it was just on him. very annoying. that was also cold. don't call them here. please get it together 06/27
