Rhum - Patchogue

The drinks and service were great. The food was ok. It's really busy and noisy, great for getting together with friends before heading out for the night.

With so many choices in the main street area of Patchogue, it's hard to know if you're picking the right place. My wife and I decided on RHUM for lunch today and we were blown away. The service was excellent and the prices were more than fair. I had the tuna burger which was excellent and she enjoyed her veggie burger too. The appetizer selection was very good not just the tired old choices of Buffalo wings and Calamari. I would certainly recommend the duck empanadas!! We are looking forward to going back.

Played Hookie from work on the other day and decided to try Rhum on a whim with the woman. We were on Thursday. Nice surprise was the 3 tacos for 12 dollars and half the price on certain drink. The atmosphere of the place was great. The decor brought me back to the Carribbean? The crazy wall on the second floor could I try to copy in the man's cavity. We had the Duck empanadas as a recommendation from our waitress and they were amazing. The plunging sauce with the horse radish cleared my sins as an added perk. Best tacos and the in-law must be done daily. They say the Keylime Pier is award-winning. I can't fight after the attempt. The filling was sour and sweet and tasty, but the star had to be the crust. I have to order the whole cake the next time. I can't remember the last time I left a restaurant and already planned what I wanted to try next (Dominican Ribs) and Keylime Pie. I would advise everyone to look for something from the box and delicious to try this place. You have a new customer.

Pretty surroundings with a real Caribbean style. Very good cocktails. The service is correct. I don't like French hair, but the rest was okay.

RHUM can never impress. I was for lunch a few times and the food is always delicious. I had my bridal shower recently (March '22) in her charming private room and it was perfect. The salmon and the island castles were both delicious. Your house Rum is hands down my favorite taste, ever I need her secret recipe. That's a great restaurant.
