Bidrage med feedbackOnce in awhile we just want a pizza right quick. We like Little Caesars. Good crust...we save some crust to dip in garlic butter later. Mmm mmm.
The last 2 times I have been here my pizza is still uncooked! I brought it back both times and the lady in there said “what still raw”? They know they are serving under cooked food and still sending it out! I asked for a refund and someone that didn’t speak English handed me a pepperoni pizza? So I drove there 6 times to get 2 uncooked pizzas and then to get exchanged a 16.00 deep dish supreme pizza for a 6.99 pepperoni pizza! This place has really went down hill! I wish someone from corporate would shut this down or make them sell, they are ruining little Caesar’s reputation!
Originally gave this place a 4 star review but as of recent we have received incorrect order after incorrect order. Doesn't matter if it is in person or an online order or in person, you will more than likely get the wrong pizza if there are more than one topping.My previous order was an online order where they got it wrong. I went back in to get it fixed and while waiting for my correct pizza, another customer got the wrong pizza but were not as willing to wait for a replacement. I got my replacement pizza and it looked correct but after taking a bite of the crust I found they once again messed up my order.So two messed up orders later, I decide to make the same mistake and give them another try and to no surprise, I got another messed up order.I will not be going back to this location.
Last night my husband ordered a deep dish and it was all raw dough. He had to put it in our air fryer to finish cooking it.
Let me start by saying that I love Little Caesars pizza. However, this location has had some ups and downs with staffing issues and that is understandable. Tonight I ordered and paid for a classic pepperoni on the app. I sent my daughter in with the code to get the pizza out of the pizza portal and a couple dollars to get our dips. She is 12 and more than capable of this. She had problems with the code so she asked the employee at the register for the order. He got it for her. She then asked for the dips and zap pac which he had her repeat 2-3 times. He then takes the pizza from her, put it back in the warmer, walks to the back, and returns a few minutes later completely ignores my daughter and proceeds to help the next customer. She signals me to come inside because now she’s confused and feeling awkward, not knowing what was happening.This location is recently “under new management”. I am a retail store manager so I have to know why would the “new management” put someone on the register who doesn’t fully understand English? 78% of the United States population speaks English. By no means am I against him working there! But he should not be on the register if he can’t understand the customers order. He didn’t even go get someone who could help! He just ignored her!It’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE for a reason!On another note the pizza quality has been declining ever since the “new management” took over. I miss the previous manager. I never had any issues with this location while he was there! He at least knew what customer service meant!Kid-friendliness: What kid-friendliness? The guy IGNORED my 12 year old!
