Dunkin' - Passaic

If you go before 10am they are 5 star plus after that go at your own risk!!! The kids that work there after 10am are the worst they are always laughing and giggling while trying to take your order and when you get to the window for the order they don'tremember what it was or got it wrong they never seem to have anything that you want to order after 10am and a New one thathappened to me today apparently you can't add to your order at the window any more so you have to go inside or go back around tothe driveway but the funny thing is if they mess up your order they can take it at the window again doesn't make any sense So tofinish if you go before 10am it's 5 star plus anything after that your taking a big Risk

Every time I go here , they don?t want to sell at joe box of coffee or frozen coffee ? Always with , excuses machine not working? When we know they don?t want to do their job ? Please management take care your customers

They rarely have oat milk, the coffee is terrible, and the donuts are always stale. Additionally, they become upset when you inform them that your order is incorrect.

I arrived at 10:21 and was told by a staff member that they had run out of macchiatos due to cleaning the kitchen, leaving black coffee as the only option. I expressed my disappointment, reminding them that they were a Dunkin' Donuts and should not turn away customers. A girl named Denise intervened and asked if I wanted black coffee or not, in a rude manner. I found her behavior unacceptable and will not be returning to that location. The male staff member was friendly and tried to make amends by offering a free coffee, stating "the customer is always right." I appreciate his gesture, but believe that Denise should not be working for the company if she cannot maintain a respectful attitude. It is unfortunate if the owner is unaware of her behavior.

I do not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts. The staff and service are good, but the food and drinks are disappointing. I once ordered a caramel iced coffee with cold foam, but received an iced coffee without the foam.
