Savory Roots - Pass Christian

I heard about this restaurant and saw the photos on Facebook. Both the lady with me and I were very impressed! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I ordered the crabby patty po'boy and the lady got an amazing chicken salad, probably the best salad I've ever tasted. Next time, I'll definitely be getting my own.

Melanie and her team at Savory Roots are amazing! After finishing a tasting, we knew right away that we wanted Savory Roots to cater our event. We had a delicious spread of dishes, including shrimp, chicken marsala, mac and cheese, asparagus, and fried cauliflower. Everything was beautifully presented for both the cocktail hour and reception. Melanie made sure we had everything we needed, from our cocktail hour drinks to the final recipe. She even visited our venue, Mision Lago Estate, to ensure our vision could be carried out. We have no doubt we will be using Savory Roots for future events.

The restaurant offers delicious food with fast service. The ambiance is pleasant and the place is very clean. The noise level was high due to rough acoustics. They do not serve alcoholic beverages to adults. I would definitely dine there again!

The SR salad is the best salate I've ever eaten. this place is a jewel. I was a dozen times or so here, and I want to eat a lot of paints here.
