The finest true French dining experience available. Always order the special, at $55 a plate. Petrale sole with champagne lobster sauce? Yes. Worth it. Scallops in creamy vodka sauce topped with caviar? Worth it! Only the barest amount of cream used as an emusifier rather than a flavor dominator. A rare find in a tourist town, Chef Andre Averseng's Paso Terra is always worth a visit. Go on Wednesday evening for 1/2 price wine by the bottle. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Paso Terra is a quaint and charming restaurant with an intimate atmosphere. The little details elevated this dining experience to something truly unforgettable. The chef's culinary creations were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, as evident from the pictures. Additionally, the chef's artistic talent extended to painting, with his vibrant artwork adorning the walls and adding a delightful splash of color. This is a must-visit spot for a culinary adventure in Paso Robles.
Authentic French cuisine. Very unique flavor. Specialized in seafood. Great service. Very impressive. We even met with the chef.
3.5 to 4 stars. Good food but fairly traditional surf and turf options if flavorful. The florescent lights killed the mood and the indoor seating seemed close and loud. Hosts were very friendly
