Fattes Pizza - Paso Robles

Don't I have to say much? I found a fingernail on my food yesterday. Ve had a lot of hair in my food in my life, but I don't know how it ends on pizza!? Fattes lost me and my children's business! Staff are rude and slow.

The food is absolutely delicious! It's the best fatte pizza for my family. The pizza is always fresh and the ingredients are fresh and top notch. The fattes in Pasonis a busy business, but it's worth waiting. Usually we order the Sticky Fingers and the Chicken Pizza with white sauce with everything. We were not disappointed. It's a lot? Memory, you will receive 2 for the price of 1. So we went from ordering large to medium. We add an order of 2 wings, hot and grill, a small salad and sometimes soda. It's still cheaper than a mediocre pizza dinner. Fattes is our choice for great pizza!

This pizza is average. the pfefferoni is very fat. it is better than dominoes or little ceasars. I ordered 8 large pizzas a few days ago and received 6 plates, 2 comminuted pfeffer packages and 2 parmasean cheese packages. wth? the staff are always friendly and at least the pizza is usually hot.

Ordered online for delivery after an hour waiting, called to get an estimated delivery time. Their phone system tells you they are on the other line, gives you encouragement to order online, then cuts you off. After calling back 5 times, I got through. I was told the pizza was out for delivery. Cool! 20 minutes later, as the office is less than a mile from the store, calling back. Good news got through on first try. Bad news asked to hold. After being on hold for 15 minutes, now almost 2 hours after ordering pizza, decided to just go to location. As I was driving there, they came back on and told me that they had looked at my number, and that the pizzas were almost ready to be put in oven. Love Fatte's in Paso Robles super dependable. Will never try Atascadero again, and will tell everyone I know who lives here to go elsewhere these guys think customer service is a joke.

We were in Paso Robles for one night and the restaurant we planned on going to was under staffed and not allowing new customers in. So we were frantically looking for food in the area at 845pm that wasn 't closed at 9. They answered the phone right away and were even still delivering, which was perfect for us. The girl who answered the phone seemed young and inexperienced. She asked how I wanted to pay and I said I had my card number whenever she was ready. Then there was just background noise for almost two minutes until I said hello and she said yes I 'm ready. I 'm not sure if she was helping another customer and forgot I was on the phone or what. And when our pizza was delivered the delivery guy said we still owed $1 even though they put the rest on the card. That part was odd. And those two reasons are why I took one star off. Otherwise, the pizza was still hot and fresh when it was delivered. The delivery guy was very friendly and had plates, napkins, cheese and peppers for us. We would definitely order from them again if we were in the area. Thank you for delivering hot, fresh pizza when we really needed it!
