Etto Pastificio - Paso Robles

So I have now been to this restraunt 5 times. And I can't wait to come back the wine list is amazing! The service is absolutely great! Mariah is our favorite when we go! But the food is to die for! My friends and I have almost tried every dish on the lunch menu and have not been disappointed once. The paste is always cooked to perfection! The crispy pork and meatball are amazing add ons! And the best burrata is the by far best one I have ever had! You won't be disappointed don't wait its now my favorite pasta spot in the area!

Awesome traditional Italian cuisine, the pasta was delicious fresh and authentic.The ambience perfect for a boiling hot summer day for a delightful glass of white wine and some lovely food.Highly recommend

Let me count the ways I love Etto! First, family owned! Also very community minded, best quality hand made pasta and a fantastic shop for Italian products, local produce and locally made foods.I can place my order online, sweet! drive along our beautiful, picturesque country roads to pick up my order and am greeted my friendly staff. Now, how cool is that?! We are very fortunate to have Etto here!

Recently visited the restaurants with a tour group and had an amazing lunch. Absolutely loved one of the pasta dishes and was so pleasantly surprised that I could buy the pasta, sauce and guanciale right next door! Brought the ingredients back to San Diego and prepared it for my kids. It tastes exactly like the restaurants dish and everyone agreed it was the best pasta they ever had. The store is full of top shelf ingredients. Looking forward to returning the next time time in paso.

The Etto market is fabulous! We own a vacation home up at the lake and the etto market is my first stop! Love the greasy pasta, sauces, veggies and desserts! The staff is so nice and friendly. Love this place
