Shakey's - Pasig

Customer service and waiting time is terrible to think that there were few customers in the restaurants. the employees are also inefficient to try multi-task, but could not complete and focus on a single task quickly. we waited about 20 minutes to do our bill. what a waste of time! the personal has not even informed us before the time that they can accept nothing but cash money! they only let us know when the bill was already before us to believe that we have even asked to confirm whether they accept the card before we have ordered it. they gave us a lame reason that they did not have any Swip machine. if they are looking to order din in or out, I suggest they try other branches...read more

I liked shakey’s because you eat well. the food I have here didn't taste fresh. I ordered a lunch. pizza looked sad with missing hits. chickens had more bones than skin. Only the garlic bread tasted good. the restaurant also has this strange smell when they enter. even my teller had this strange smell. would never come back here.

At 20:30 o'clock. place was not packed at all and we were informed to serve 25 minutes. more than 40 minutes lasts 25 minutes long for restaurants, so I gave them a pass. but they additionally take 15 minutes about it? No. never again to a shakey’s staff went very slow. many of them were just empty.

We went here at 2:30AM in the morning but our orders took as more than 30mins to be served. We are the only customer at that time so i don’t understand why the delay. If Im not mistaken there were 5crews at that time

This branch is smaller than most but it's kept well. The staff does well in making customers feel at home even during wee hours. It's a 24-hour branch as well.
