Small location average service we ordered was not impressive

Order takes 20 -25 minutes to use. Please improve your service. I was wasting my time. I don't recommend this two.

Super bad service. waited an hour for chicken and spaghetti. the manager was very disrespectful and arrogant. very poor service. never again.

Arrived around 9:30 this morning hoping for a quick bite. Our usual order is the fried chicken and classic pancake. After a few minutes of waiting, and a couple more (15 ; I noticed that 2 other tables have not received their food yet. So that means our order is way behind. I followed up with the personnel, and they said three more minutes. When the chicken finally arrived, I was shocked with the quality. This plate passed the hands of 2 crew personnel, and not one even noticed how way off the chicken looks. Pancake house is more affordable now compared to several years back, the most affordable one considering the price to size serving ratio being the Salisbury Steak meal. The tapa was flavorful too but it was too tough to chew even by Tapa standards. Pork Chop was respectable in size but the taste was nothing new. Pancake is house is not the place to go if you are in a hurry as they cook the food upon order which is actually a good thing as you are ensured that food is warm and freshly made when it reaches your table.
