Burnt Fries.. Rubbery chicken...horrible experience..lot of oil in carry bag... would never order from this place. Don't even want to give 1 star...

I made an online order from them once over 2 years ago. Soon after, I started getting harassed by them with tons of emails. I've unsubscribed from their emails over 2 dozen times, but still, every week, I get harassed with more emails. I've emailed their corporate office, but still, more emails. I've refused to order from them again or eat at Chili's out of spite. I'm petty. Eat there if you choose BUT NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS! If you really want good wings, go to Crosstown's (Batavia Naperville locations). They have the best, and its worth the drive!

This is literally an Chili’s kitchen… Ordered thinking I was trying a new Wing restaurant in Wesley Chapel, instead I got day old fries and processed “chicken” wings that tasted like they were microwaved from a plastic bag… Wings were dry with barely any sauce… Ranch was watered down too… Best part of the meal was the Coke Zero… Clearly a bait n switch…

It 's a ghost kitchen. It 's literally run out of chili 's. Also, see below for the curly fries $11 for this. Do not recommend it. Boneless wings were the size of chicken nuggets, and if you do think of ordering from this place, make sure you aren 't charged a tip. A $2.80 tip was snuck in... just find a different wing place like wingstop. At least the wings are actual wings. Also, see below for what is advertised vs. what is given, lol. Do not go here. Not impressed.I ordered boneless wings with 2 different sauces: Mango Habanero and Buffalo sauces. The order came with curly fries which were soggy by the time they reached my house via DoorDash, but I expected that.The wings were barely warm and had hardly any sauce on them at all. If they had been sauced properly, they may have been good. I guess we'll never know.I should have checked Yelp before ordering.#disappointed
