Wingstop - Pasadena

I came 2 weeks following this wingstop and they had amazing customer service! I was told by another wing stop that after 11:40 they should not take orders and I went around 11:40 so that the girl with me argued to pass 11:40 and take my order. I called this wingstop 11:44pm and jessica pleasantly answered the phone and took my order without problems! I am so impressed by the administration here because it shows by the staff! will use this wing tip more frequently, even if it is further away from my house!

The staff at this restaurant is lovely and the wings are always fantastic! Don't forget to try the wings with lemon zest - they are amazing!

I placed an order online but was unable to select spicy lemon pepper flavor. When I arrived to pick up my order, I asked the cashier with the eyebrow piercing if she could add lemon pepper to my hot wings since it wasn't available as an option online. She rolled her eyes and sighed before begrudgingly agreeing to add it.

AMAZING SERVICE!! The cashier Gisselle was extremely friendly and ensured my order was ready on time. The customer service was top-notch and the restaurant looked very clean. I will definitely be returning!

Wingstop has some of the best wings and tenders. However this location is very unorganized and took way too long. Multiple people got their orders wrong. And my fries way too much seasoning. I'm talking you can use it to melt ice.
