Vallarta Supermarkets - Pasadena

I recently experienced a stroke, which has affected my arm strength. While shopping at Vallarta today, I ended up with around $90 in change after purchasing groceries. Unfortunately, when I tried to put the money away, I don’t think I secured it properly in my pocket, and it must have fallen out near the register. When I realized it was missing, I went back to the store to see if anyone had turned it in. Sadly, the manager I spoke to didn't seem to care about my situation. She simply told me if someone found the money, it would be there, but if not, there was nothing she could do. She didn’t show any concern and didn’t even offer to check the security cameras to help me locate it. Instead, she dismissed me. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere, where customers are treated with more respect.

This is the best market I've ever been to. The customer service is exceptional and very helpful! The fresh produce is stunningly displayed, and you can get any cut of fresh meat you desire. They also offer an excellent variety of seafood, cheese, chorizo, and a fresh tortilleria. The prices are reasonable as well. You can find freshly baked goods, tamales, and a range of other food items, including sushi, available from early in the morning. I tried the tamales, and they were fantastic. During my short visit to Pasadena, this became my favorite market.

I waited 15 minutes for three tacos, and there wasn't even a crowd. Sadly, the tacos were just average, and I had to ask for salsa since it wasn't offered automatically. The restaurant itself is clean, but the ingredients didn’t impress me, and overall, I found it to be a bit overpriced for what you get.

It is a big supermarket and they have place to eat inside

I haven't been go a Vallartas since I lived in Esco, I now live in AZ. This location seemed clean and well organized. I saw some of my favorites that I hadn't seen in years. I even saw some cookies my grandma and me used to eat when I was a little girl. Nothing like going back in time with something so simple. Thank you! I hope my next visit is just as good.
