Salsa Tex-mex Grill - Pasadena

This place is great enough to become a family favorite after the first visit. The food was fresh and tasty and the staff was friendly and attentive. They have an all-you-can-eat salsa bar with 5 or 6 distinctly different but also delicious flavors. My favorite was the Salsa Verde, while my wife loved the cucumbers Mango Salsa.

Great food, and the house Margarita was phenomenal!! I love the Salsa Bar. My favorite is the Salsa Verde. The whole family loves this place.

Our server was very nice and personal. We went on Tuesday and got half price Tacos and the $3 Happy Hour Margarita. It was small but good and the tacos were delicious and a great bargain with the discount. Salsa was also amazing. It's small, but the decor is cute and it wasn't too busy when we arrived after 5 but was almost full of the time we left. We had a small problem with our bill, probably because the place is new and still a few bends, but we asked and it was quickly and friendly solved.

A beautiful casual culinary experience. My wife and I went one day for lunch, which was their Taco Tuesday, so we could get our tacos at half price. I have the steak, which was nicely seasoned and we cook while my wife got the chicken. The portions were reasonable without being excessively large, and were quite delicious. Especially since we also got the Salsa Bar, and were able to try some other salsa beside what came with our meal. The mango was really delicious. Your menu looks pretty convincing and we want to go back and try some of their entrees for dinner. If I were disappointed by everything, it would be that while most of their salsa was very tasteful and tasty, none was actually hit. Most would be considered mild or moderate. A really hot salsa or two would definitely be nice to see on their menu.

My husband and I came here for lunch. The atmosphere was great. Our server was pleasant and our food came out quickly. We got the guacamole which was fresh and came out with warm tortilla chips. My husband ordered the burrito (with steak) and I ordered the pulled pork tacos (came as an order of three). Everything was very good and fresh. We were also pleasantly surprised that there was a drive through.
