Mcdonald's - Pasadena

This McDonald's was a disappointing experience. We ordered three apple pies and two sauces, but we only received two apple pies and no sauce. When we spoke to the manager about the issue, they were unhelpful.

I had breakfast at this restaurant and they messed up my order. It took a long time to get the food. I requested strawberry preserves and received four syrups instead. They also charged extra for items that other McDonald's locations usually don't charge for. Additionally, there were employees standing around doing nothing. Despite being asked multiple times by different people what I needed, none of them ended up helping me. It was frustrating and confusing. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience at this place at all.

I am saddened to write this review, as I already have low expectations for fast food, but it is important to share my experience. While enjoying my caramel frappe, I felt a strange plastic sensation in my mouth. I discovered a plastic string in my mouth, which turned out to be the remains of a plastic straw covered in caramel and whipped cream. Thankfully, I did not choke on it, but it was quite unpleasant. Despite this unfortunate incident, I will give this restaurant 1 out of 5 stars, as the rest of my order was good and did not contain any plastic remains.

A really clean place. Restrooms were proped open with a wet floor caution sign; but, at least they were open so I could wash my hands before eating. I used my mobile app for the order. 12 minutes to get my very fresh and tasty food. A bit long in myopinion. There was no smile or eye contact from the young man that handed me my dine in order without a tray or napkins. I willstop there again when in the area.

I ordered two sandwiches, one with a quarter-pound patty and the other a filet o fish. Unfortunately, the filet o fish looked overcooked and unappetizing. I had specifically inquired about a 2 for $6 deal and based my order on that, but was disappointed to receive food that did not seem fresh. When I mentioned this to the manager, they insisted on charging me $12 and claimed that the meal had already been consumed. I was frustrated by the lack of quality and poor customer service. The only reason I am giving this establishment 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were open. The manager promised to adjust the price for me on the last day of the special, but the whole experience left me feeling dissatisfied and misled. I was not only charged double the amount I expected, but also received subpar food. I would not recommend eating here, as the quality of the food did not meet my expectations.
