Five Guys - Pasadena

My order came in with like 8 fries total, I was super confused

There was no option to add a side of Buffalo sauce. We called the restaurant and their phone was down.

I love Five Guys but this particular location always takes forever to cook fries. I'm not sure what it is but my last two visits to this location were lackluster were I had to wait what felt like an eternity for fries after ordering my meal 15 to 20 mins prior.

Great service. Order did not go through correctly on the app but manager was really courteous and helped out with my order right away. Food was well cooked.

Visitation Rights: First time at this location. Decided to patronize this shop even though we were full from having dinner 2 hours before.Credit Cards: They're accepted.Restrooms: They're available to use.Price Point: To tell you the truth... when I first bought my first sandwich at another another location 12 years ago, I thought it was the most expensive sandwich I had. Fast forward to present time, the prices of the sandwiches and items here are reflective of the current economic state.Location/Parking: You can find parking in the back of the shop. (Meter...Free 90 minute parking) or in the front (meter).Ambiance: Pretty neat ambiance with modern furnishings. They also have an outdoor patio to grab food if you don't see any available tables inside.Entertainment: Make sure you take many pictures with the neat decor inside the shop and even see how the staffers make your food. Also, don't feel judged by getting many scoops of the FREE complimentary salted peanuts!Service: Service was decent. The staffers were friendly and offered great suggestions. It can be slow, but what do you expect if everything is made to order.Sandwich Of Choice: I got the grilled cheese sandwich and decide to add grilled onions and mushrooms. It was the greatest decision every because it was soo goood and ingredients were really fresh.Five Guys For Thought: Would definitely come back to order other items and maybe order the grilled cheese sandwich again with an extra patty, tomato, grilled onions and mushrooms. Perhaps, I'll just ask for a patty melt instead of going through all those requests with add-ons. :P
