Bidrage med feedbackI intended to snap a photo of my apple fritter, but I ended up eating it before I could! Ha! However, I do have a picture of the delicious breakfast croissant. I've been coming here for 36 years, and it still serves the best donuts in town. The food is great too!
I came not too early in the morning. The setting of this place is a little above average and their prices are reasonable. Their donuts are good!
As one of what may as well be a thousand Donut shops in Southern California it would be a difficult task to describe anything that makes B.C. Donuts “different,” but since 1987 the family owned shop at 2525 East Foothill Boulevard has been serving the residents of Pasadena fried Dough at a fair price starting at 5am daily. No-frills in a good way, cleanly but not “fancy” and cash-only for orders under $10, it was in a white bag that six Donuts were deposited on Thursday, first bites of Blueberry Cake warm and moist while the Buttermilk Bar found Glaze penetrating a few Centimeters beneath the exterior that fries up crisp and oilless. Serving a good variety, Yeast Rings topped with buttery Crumble light and sweet, B.C.’s Cruller unfortunately trends a bit too greasy while Devil’s Food and a Sour Cream Old Fashioned are equal to or better than other mom n’ pop shops.
The donuts are fantastic, but if you really want a treat with a bit less guilt, try one their many sandwiches served on bread or a croissant. Their menu is growing and has a lot of delicious options. It's definitely not just a donut shop any longer.
Mmmmmmasterful, mouth-watering, deliciousness. You can definitely taste why this place is one of Los Angeles’ top-rated spots for donuts. Their French Crullers are next-level.
